1. Does the seller check the quality before shipping
Answer: Sellers always check the product quality before shipping
2. What should be done if there are defective products among the received goods
Answer: If there are loose threads on the socks that affect product sales, you can return them, and the seller will refund according to the number of defective items. If there are stains on the product but they do not affect sales, sellers generally do not accept returns because these issues are inevitable during production and cannot be 100% avoided. However, if the stains are particularly severe and seriously affect sales, returns can be accepted.
3. Please do not place an order if you are particularly picky. Even if the order is shipped the first time, the factory will not ship it again if you place another order later.
4. Who pays for the return shipping
Answer: The return shipping cost is to be determined through negotiation between the buyer and customer service, depending on the situation.
