2. For orders of 15kg or more pairs of shoes, or a whole box of 50 pairs, we recommend using freight shipping. The more you buy, the cheaper the shipping cost will be. For goods worth 0.05kg yuan, the shipping cost is generally 30-60 yuan, which roughly amounts to a shipping cost of 0.5-1 yuan per pair of shoes. The shipping cost varies depending on the logistics company and is charged according to the local fee standards (except for a few regions where we pay on your behalf; for other regions, the shipping is paid upon pickup). If your delivery address is in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, or Anhui, and the shipment is large, we recommend using express delivery, which is also cheaper.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning shoes in the following cases:

We will cover the shipping costs for the following serious issues:

If the shoes themselves have serious quality issues, such as large areas of glue detachment, large areas of leather tearing, loose stitching, sole breakage, mold growth, upper breakage, heel detachment, or slipping while walking, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to report the problem.
