The shoes sold in our store offer high value for money, but have low profit margins and cannot withstand excessive wear and tear, so please check carefully before placing an order
Our shoes offer great value for money, and only a very small number of shoes have quality issues. This is because the clothing and footwear industry is a labor-intensive sector. Shoes are not produced in a single mold; each pair is handcrafted individually. I believe everyone can understand this. If some of the minor issues mentioned below occur, you can try to fix them yourself. By making slight adjustments, the product defect rate can be kept within 3%. Please check the shoes when we are preparing the shipment, try to pick out the defective ones, continuously reduce the defect rate, and deliver better products to our customers, so that our cooperation can last for a long time. We reject irresponsible and malicious reviews. There is no standardized definition of quality for shoes and clothing, so for the same pair of shoes, there are many satisfied customers and some unsatisfied customers. If there are a few buyers who have overly strict quality requirements and are overly critical, I suggest not purchasing from our store in the first place and looking for other sources.
The following categories do not constitute quality issues.
1. The rhinestones on the shoe upper are detached or uneven, the shoe lights do not work, there are pinholes and thread ends left from the stitching, the surface has some glue residue, minor peeling, odd smell, color difference, small stains, material thickness, genuine leather color difference, pore size, etc., and any discrepancies from expectations do not constitute quality issues.
2. Some shoes may have threads left after sewing, glue marks left after applying glue to the bottom edge, or minor burrs on the injection-molded soles
